to see, easy to remove. Causes are like the roots, hard to see and harder to remove

Disease comes from three major things

1. Genetics
2. Injuries/accidents

3. Neoplasm

Common characteristic of all diseases is imbalance

Injury and disease can disrupt the body's ability to function and make it harder for it to return to normal.

Symptoms are like the leaves, easy to see, easy to remove. Meanwhile, causes are like the roots, hard to see and harder to remove

HOW IS OSTEOPATHY DIFFERENT?

Osteopathic treatments are holistic that identify and address the root causes. By restoring mobility, circulation and drainage improves. This allows body to tap into its ability to self-heal and self-regulate.

It's all about being better, not just feeling better.

ABOUT ME

My name is Monica Yeoh

I graduated with honours from the Kinesiology program at York University in 2007.

The following year, I attended Sutherland-Chan school and obtained my license to practice Massage Therapy.

Unsatisfied with my Kinesiology and Massage background, I attended Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton and graduated in 2019.

With my true passion in Osteopathy, I strive to keep growing so I can help others like how it helped me.
